Job Summary

Drive business expansion and strengthen customer partnerships by sourcing new opportunities, managing key accounts, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored catering solutions and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand the company’s client base and revenue
• Manage key client accounts by building and maintaining long-term relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Prepare detailed proposals and quotations tailored to client needs to support sales efforts
• Negotiate contracts with clients to finalize agreements that align with company goals and customer expectations
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and deliver customized catering solutions that meet client requirements
• Achieve sales targets by proactively driving business development activities and monitoring progress
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to present solutions, address concerns, and facilitate smooth project execution
• Work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field
• Experience in business development, sales, account management, or customer relationship management, preferably in the food catering or F&B industry
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and networking skills demonstrated through successful client engagements
• Results-driven mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and securing new business opportunities
• Customer-focused attitude with proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
