Company Overview
Soon Seng Food Industry Pte Ltd manufactures and supplies quality cooked noodles, dry noodles, and kway teow to distributors and retailers across Singapore.
Responsibilities
- Pick and prepare goods physically according to customer orders for timely delivery or collection
- Process sales orders received via phone or WhatsApp by entering data into the computer system and printing invoices and delivery orders
- Respond promptly and professionally to phone and walk-in customer enquiries to provide assistance and information
- Assist production team with ad-hoc tasks to support manufacturing operations
Requirements:
- Ability to lift weights of 20+ kg to safely perform physical handling tasks
- Basic proficiency in computer data entry
- Able to speak and write in Chinese, to handle chinese-speaking only customers
- Demonstrate teamwork, integrity, and a strong sense of responsibility
- Able to work night shift if needed
