Production Planner (ATP)

Job Objectives

To optimize the resources planning of the production by coordinating with other departments related to production to achieve uninterrupted production flow to meet monthly and quarterly operations and shipment targets towards customer satisfaction.

To coordinate the supply of raw materials required for production to avoid any disruption to the production schedule and ensure the customers’ orders are duly met on delivery commitments.

To sustain and improve all ATP material procurement & internal production planning

Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitor monthly consumption of direct & indirect raw materials, plan & manage procurement frequency.
• Request quote, raise purchase request when needed and follow up delivery status.
• Liaise with procurement for PRF & PO status.
• Raise Job orders based on wafer availability per production forecast.
• Monitor status & progress of Job Orders, replenish with new Job orders to fulfil production forecast when needed.
• Monitor and keep track of production wafer harvest yield closely.
• Miaise with cooperate-level planning team for long-term production forecast.
• Generate production monthly progress reports.
• Manage other production related matters when needed.
• Any other duites assigned

Qualification Guidelines

Minimum Education

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree

Minimum Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in Production Planning in wafer fabrication and with experience in electronics manufacturing

Specific Knowledge / Skills

Possesses good communication skills and the ability to coordinate cross-functionally with R&D, Engineering, Quality and Operations.
