Company Overview

Join a premium restaurant and whisky bar dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences in an elegant and welcoming environment. We are looking for customer-focused individuals who enjoy providing excellent service and are keen to grow in the hospitality industry. Structured training in whisky knowledge and premium service standards will be provided.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide professional, friendly service.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Serve food and beverages according to company standards.
• Recommend menu items and beverages to customers.
• Handle customer enquiries and ensure a positive dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining and service areas.
• Perform opening and closing duties.
• Process customer payments using the POS system.
• Work closely with the kitchen and bar team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Participate in product knowledge training, including beverage tasting where applicable.
• Carry out other duties assigned by the Management.

Requirements

• Previous experience in F&B, hospitality or customer service is an advantage but not essential.
• Good customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Able to communicate effectively in English to serve customers and support daily operations.
• Willing to learn about premium food and beverage service.
• Comfortable participating in product tasting during training where required.
• Able to work the required evening shift.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and work as part of a team.

Working Hours

• 6-day work week
• 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
• Rest Day: Every Sunday and Public Holiday

Queenstown / one-north area

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: S$2,000 – S$2,500
