SAFETY OFFICER

• Reports to the Safety Manager
• Implement, monitor and improvise site safety management system
• Support management in safety related matters
• Ensure compliance to regulatory and corporate EHS policy and requirements by conducting regular inspection and internal audits
• Pro-active to lead incident investigation, address the control measures and ensure that all incidents report are made in a timely manner
• Oversee all general activities with regards to HSE and Implementation of Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) rules, regulations and procedures of the company.
• Ensure that relevant HSE documents, reports, communications and other requirements of HSE are kept properly in place
• Ensure EHS is in compliance to ISO
• Compile reports and presentation slide for management reporting

Job Requirements

• Diploma in WSH or equivalent
• Attained MOM WSHO license
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar role with LTA projects
• Experience in Civil road works and heavy lifting matters is a must
• Proficient in MS office, ITsavvy (Google forms etc.)
