About the role

This role will support end-to-end recruitment delivery while building strong talent pipelines and enhancing employer brand. This role partners closely with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and external vendors to attract, assess, and onboard talent aligned with current and future business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including job posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, interviewing, and candidate selection

• Develop and maintain talent pipelines and talent mapping to support ongoing and future manpower requirements

• Partner with hiring managers to drive effective interview processes and hiring decisions

• Conduct interviews and perform reference checks in line with company guidelines

• Administer and manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment platforms

• Maintain recruitment dashboards and reports to track hiring performance, time-to-fill, and pipeline effectiveness

• Analyse recruitment and attrition data to identify trends, root causes, and workforce risks, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders

• Drive employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company's presence in the talent market

• Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and executive search partners

• Partner with HR Business Partners on early-career and career conversion initiatives, including Institute of Higher Learning (IHL) outreach, internship programmes and intern engagement, and internal job opportunities

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline

• Minimum 5 years of Talent Acquisition experience (In-house or Agency)

• Able to manage high volume of recruitment activities

• Familiar with ATS system
