Product Business Analyst(Life Insurance) - 12 Months - up to SGD8k

Are you an experienced Product Business Analyst(Life Insurance) looking to drive high-impact product launches and system enhancements? Join our dynamic team as a Business Analyst, working closely with the Project Manager and Head of Product Delivery. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions—leading requirement gathering, championing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and driving successful end-to-end project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business analysis for new life insurance product launches, product enhancements, marketing campaigns, fund launches, and Day 2 builds.
• Define project scope, lead requirement-gathering workshops, and author robust Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and user stories.
• Design test plans and test cases, execute UAT, verify results pre- and post-release, manage defects, and resolve operational roadblocks.
• Act as a central point of contact between IT, business users, and regional/cross-functional teams to ensure clear alignment on requirements.
• Create comprehensive training documentation for distributors and end customers, supporting ad-hoc initiatives assigned by leadership.

Key Requirements

• 8+ years of proven track record in business analysis, process mapping, and UAT lifecycle management within the Life Insurance industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a relevant discipline.
• Strong analytical mind, structured problem-solving skills, and end-to-end process mapping capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills with the confidence to run workshops and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Knowledge of Agile working environments is highly advantageous.
