Clinic Executive (Geriatric Clinic)

We believe that exceptional patient care starts with a well-run clinic. As a Clinic Executive, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations, creating a welcoming environment, and supporting both our medical team and patients.

Your Role:

✔ Ensure a high level of customer service, addressing patient needs with care and efficiency
✔ Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure efficiency and excellent patient care
✔ Manage patient appointments, scheduling, and registration with a friendly approach
✔ Handle billing, insurance claims, and Medisave submissions accurately
✔ Maintain patient records and ensure data confidentiality
✔ Provide front desk support, assisting with patient inquiries and concerns
✔ Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and staff to optimize workflow
✔ Manage clinic inventory and ensure medical supplies are well-stocked
✔ Ensure compliance with clinic policies and regulatory requirements

Who We’re Looking For:

• Diploma or degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in clinic operations or healthcare administration preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle a dynamic environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills to enhance patient experience
• A team player with the ability to work independently and take initiative
