Employee Engagement & L&D Executive (Government Sector)
About this job
Develop and coordinate internal staff communications and engagement content based on employee feedback and organisational initiatives.
Support the planning and execution of staff engagement activities, corporate events, workshops, training sessions and Brown Bag Sessions.
Coordinate end-to-end event logistics including venue arrangements, materials, refreshments, speakers and participant communications.
Create engaging internal communications materials, including EDMs, event publicity and written content.
Track event attendance, staff participation, feedback and engagement data.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors for events, collateral production and other requirements.
Support budget tracking, procurement processes and vendor management.
Assist with employee engagement activities relating to organisational milestone celebrations and campaigns.
Gather staff feedback and support improvements to the new joiner and intranet user experience.
Provide basic photography and videography support during events and activities.
Maintain proper documentation, records, event materials and other knowledge management resources.
Provide general administrative and coordination support to the L&D team.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Communications, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
Prior experience in employee engagement, Learning & Development, corporate/internal communications, programme coordination or event management will be advantageous.
Experience coordinating events, workshops or training programmes is advantageous.
Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare clear and engaging content.
Comfortable with copywriting and creating EDMs/internal publicity materials.
Good organisational and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Basic photography and videography skills will be advantageous.
Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive, resourceful and a good team player.
