Commercial / Billing Manager

Job Description:

• Attend to ship owners and clients invoices queries
• Preparation of tenders and project estimates
• Preparation of quotation and contract/agreement
• Liaison with clients, vendors as well as departments on project contractual requirements.
• Follow-up on progressive project cost and update/invoicing to clients
• Negotiate and coordinate with all parties on project schedule
• Prepare accurate estimates and billings
• Negotiate with owners and subcontractor on ship repair contract
• Prepare & negotiate invoice for ship repair/fabrictaion project
• Submit progressive budgetary update cost to ship owner
• Work closely with the operations and project team(s)
• Assist the General Manager with Ad-hoc duties / deliverables as required.

Job Requirement:

• Candidate must possess minimun degree in the relevant field
• Good knowledge in commercial practices
• Good knowledge in billing tariffs.
• Minimum 5 yars experience in Marine Commmercial/ billing
