Civil and Structural Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Fully responsible for the schematic design work of the structural engineering aspect of the Indonesia overseas data center project, reviewing construction drawings prepared by collaborating design institutes, and completing detailed drawing refinement and optimization adjustments.

• Review the structural design drawings, special plans, and structural calculation reports submitted by third-party agencies to ensure that all design contents comply with the requirements. Complies with project requirements, domestic standards, local Indonesian construction industry standards, and internationally accepted guidelines. • Specifically address various complex structural technical challenges encountered during project construction, providing professional and feasible technical solutions to offer comprehensive technical support throughout the on-site construction process.

• Fully responsible for the technical management of structural engineering at the Indonesia project construction site, providing end-to-end supervision over the quality, safety, and construction schedule of civil works to ensure the project progresses in compliance with regulations.

• Provide on-site technical guidance, process control, and final acceptance inspections for core and critical construction procedures such as steel structures and concrete structures, ensuring that the construction outcomes comply with local Indonesian building codes and safety standards.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above through the national unified enrollment system, majoring in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field; candidates holding Grade I or Grade II Registered Structural Engineer certificates are preferred.

• Possess 4-6 years or more of experience in structural design and construction site management within the building construction sector; candidates with hands-on experience in overseas engineering projects are preferred.

• Proficient in the design codes, construction techniques, and acceptance criteria for concrete and steel structures, with a solid foundation in professional technical skills.

• Possesses professional competence to independently review structural drawings from design institutes, optimize solutions, and identify and resolve technical issues.

• Proficient in reading English technical drawings and industry standards, with basic English technical communication skills, and capable of adapting to medium- and long-term overseas assignments in Indonesia.
