Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Operations Manager to ensure smooth daily operations on site.
• Assist the Operations Manager with the purchase and setup of new apartment units.
• Arrange maintenance repairs for existing residents and vacated units.
• Oversee and direct all cleaning activities of apartment units including planning of work schedules of the housekeepers and operations team.
• Inspect and monitor the conditions of the apartment to ensure it is in line with Company's standards.
• Monitor the performance of the housekeepers, in-house technicians and outside contractors.
• Attend to tenants' queries, requests, feedback and complaints and take necessary steps to ensure tenants' satisfaction.
• Monitor and replenish cleaning materials to ensure housekeepers have proper tools to perform their duties.
• Prepare reports on stock counts to ensure there are sufficient stocks at all times.
• Plan and implement environmentally sustainable work practices.
• Communicate with Operations Manager to develop strategic operations goals.
• Develop long term strategic plan to achieve company's objectives.
• Perform any other duties or job functions as assigned by the immediate superior.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of working experience
• Degree
• Willing to work long hours
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
