Responsibilities:
- Handle daily operation of the properties
- Look after day to day bookings, organizing cleaners and maintenance
- Inspecting apartments
- Lead the team to improve and maintain service levels
- Supervise security and cleaning services
- Handle inquiries and complaints
- Source for and set up of new apartments
- Return and reinstate apartments upon lease expiry
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in property management
- Diploma
- Willing to work long hours
- Able to speak local dialects
