About this job
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily maintenance and operation of hotel facilities.
- Respond promptly to breakdowns and guest requests.
- Ensure work is completed safely and to required standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.
- Assist with renovation, upgrading, projects, and equipment installation.
- Maintain proper engineering records, maintenance schedules, and statutory documentation.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of working experience
- Willing to work long hours
- Able to work independently
