Job Responsibilities

• Develop financial models, feasibility assessments, scenario analysis and commercial evaluations for new partnerships, business initiatives and strategic projects.
• Prepare business cases, operating models, market research and commercial proposals to support management decision-making.
• Support university and commercial contract coordination, including reviewing business terms, consolidating stakeholder inputs and liaising with Legal.
• Coordinate business development and partnership projects across Finance, Academic, Operations, Marketing, Recruitment, QA and other internal teams.
• Prepare management papers, proposal decks, financial schedules, market analysis and Board-level materials.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, dependencies, risks and key action items to ensure timely completion.
• Support new university partnerships, regional opportunities and business development initiatives, including partner-facing coordination where required.
• Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking and portfolio analysis to identify business opportunities and commercial trends.
• Provide structured analysis and recommendations to senior management on commercial, financial and operational considerations.
  

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business or a related discipline; postgraduate qualification will be an advantage.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in business development, commercial analysis, financial modelling, business planning, consulting, corporate planning or strategic projects.
• Strong experience in financial modelling, business case development, commercial evaluation and Excel-based analysis.
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively across Finance, Legal, Academic, Operations, Marketing and external partners.
• Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience in partnerships, contract coordination or higher education will be an advantage.
