In this role, you’ll support internal communications, employee engagement activities and learning programmes that help staff stay informed and connected. You’ll coordinate events and workshops, create engaging content, manage vendors and collaterals, and gather feedback to improve the employee experience. This is a good opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of communications, event coordination and stakeholder engagement.
Job Details
Contract Duration: 12-month contract
Nearest MRT: Pasir Panjang MRT Station
Salary: Up to S$3,450 per month
Open to Diploma or Degree holders
At least 1 year of relevant experience
Key Responsibilities
Develop clear and engaging internal communications based on employee feedback, organisational updates and engagement activities.
Maintain internal communication and feedback platforms, ensuring content is current and relevant.
Consolidate post-event feedback, participation figures and engagement data for reporting and future planning.
Support staff engagement campaigns and milestone activities, including scheduling, budget tracking, collateral production and distribution.
Coordinate workshops, training programmes and knowledge-sharing sessions from planning through completion.
Manage event logistics such as venue setup, materials, refreshments, speaker arrangements and participant communications.
Prepare publicity content, email campaigns and other communication materials for internal activities.
Provide basic photography and videography support during events and organise the resulting materials.
Gather employee feedback and work with stakeholders to improve the new joiner and intranet user experience.
Maintain proper records of events, resources, attendance and learning materials for future reference.
Support vendor coordination, procurement and general team administration.
Requirements / Preferred Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Communications, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
At least 1 year of experience in employee engagement, learning and development, corporate communications, events or a similar area.
Experience coordinating events and managing end-to-end logistics.
Comfortable working with vendors and supporting procurement activities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting for internal audiences.
Able to create email communications and publicity materials.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Organised and detail-conscious, with the ability to manage several deadlines at once.
Comfortable working with different teams and stakeholders.
Basic photography or videography skills would be useful.
Proactive, resourceful and interested in improving processes and employee experiences.
