Treasury Specialist (1-Year Contract)

We are seeking a Treasury Specialist (1-Year Contract) to cover an employee who is going on maternity leave.

Job Requirements:

- Trade Finance Operations: Manage and administer trade finance instruments, including Letters of Credit (LCs), Bank Guarantees (BGs), and Documentary Collections. Support the efficient allocation and utilization of banking limits across business units

- Banking Relationships: Liaise with bankers on credit facilities, operational matters, issue escalations, mandate maintenance, and KYC requirements. Build and maintain effective working relationships with external banking stakeholders

- Treasury system & E-banking: Familiar with Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and experience in accessing e-banking platforms.

- Project Management & Process Improvement: Participate in and coordinate multiple treasury-related projects simultaneously. Contribute to process enhancements, system implementations, and User Acceptance Testing(UAT) activities to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Requirements:

- 4–5 years of hands-on treasury and/or trade finance Operations, preferably within a commodity trading house, multinational corporation or financial institution

- Sound understanding of international trade finance, including Incoterms, Letters of Credit (LCs), Bank Guarantees, documentary collections, and other trade finance instruments

- Experience working with SAP and Treasury & Risk Management (TRM) modules is highly preferred

- Strong analytical capabilities, proficiency in MS Excel

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate across internal and external stakeholders

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines, and adapt quickly to changing business requirements

- Meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational issues
