We are looking for a proactive HR Executive with strong AI skills who can support day-to-day recruitment and HR activities while exploring how AI and digital tools can be used to improve productivity, streamline processes, and enhance the overall effectiveness of the HR function.
This is a temporary contract position, though full-time conversion can be discussed after good performance has been noted by the management.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Source and identify suitable candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and online channels.
- Review and screen candidate profiles to assess suitability for open positions.
- Conduct phone screenings and initial interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, experience, and fit.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain an active pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Candidate Outreach & Engagement
- Contact potential candidates via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and provide a positive recruitment experience.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing
- Create and post job advertisements on social media platforms, job boards, and other recruitment channels.
- Assist in developing recruitment campaigns to increase candidate outreach and application rates.
- Utilise AI and digital tools where appropriate to support content creation, candidate outreach, recruitment marketing, and other HR activities.
AI, Automation & Process Improvement
- Explore and implement practical ways to use AI tools to improve productivity and efficiency across HR and recruitment processes.
- Use AI tools to support tasks such as drafting job advertisements, candidate communications, summarising information, research, reporting, and administrative work.
- Identify repetitive or manual HR processes that can be simplified or automated using AI, digital tools, or workflow automation.
- Experiment with new AI tools and features and assess their potential applications within the HR function.
- Recommend improvements to existing HR workflows and processes to reduce manual work and improve turnaround time
- Ensure AI tools are used responsibly, with appropriate consideration for confidentiality, accuracy, and data privacy.
HR Administration
- Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment records.
- Support onboarding activities for new hires.
- Assist with general HR administrative duties as assigned.
- Maintain HR trackers, documents, and reports, and look for opportunities to improve their efficiency through technology and automation.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Prior experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, customer service, telesales, or HR-related functions is advantageous.
- Comfortable and confident using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, or similar platforms for day-to-day work.
- Strong interest in using AI, automation, and digital tools to improve productivity and work processes.
- Able to independently explore new tools, experiment with different approaches, and apply them practically to HR-related tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with candidates.
- Familiar with social media platforms and online recruitment methods.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
