Field Service Engineer (Water / Wastewater / Ultrapure Water)

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for technical support, ensuring customer needs and objectives are met.
• Provide on-site technical guidance, troubleshooting, and training on system operation and maintenance.
• Oversee equipment installation, repair, and logistic support to optimize performance.
• Monitor maintenance activities, identify training needs, and recommend process improvements.
• Analyze reported malfunctions, assess trends, and implement corrective actions.
• Manage project updates, communicate customer concerns, and provide timely reports on system performance.
• Coordinate internally and externally to execute value-driven service plans.
• Ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) set by customers are consistently achieved.
• Gather and share market intelligence and competitor insights with the team.
• Maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and support.
• Promote safety and environmental standards across project sites, addressing any concerns.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and technical expertise.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering or Equivalent Engineering Discipline
• Candidate with water treatment / wastewater treatment / ultrapure water treatment experience in any industry are welcome to apply.
• Class 3 Driving License is a advantage.
• Candidate will be working at client sites islandwide and should be open to occasional travel overseas.
