Field Service Engineer (Scientific)

Responsibilities

• Create quotes for services and replacement parts based on customer inquiries.
• Carrying out maintenance duties such as internal repairs and on-site commissioning for different water and gas quality analyzers, CEMS, and AQMS.
• Troubleshooting analyzer and offering clients advice on the best fixes in compliance with safety regulations and standard operating procedures
• Establishing and preserving trusting connections with clients and offering first-rate assistance.
• Communicate with clients to resolve any service issues and offer solutions for technical issues.
• Assist the project team in conducting the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and the Site Acceptance Test (SAT).
• Finding possible ways to acquire additional contracts for preventative and maintenance
  Train distributors and end users on the product.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Chemical Engineering or related engineering / technical field.
• Successful candidate must be able to speak Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin Speaking clients.
• Candidate with no experience but are willing to work onsite and have an interest in building a career in the service field are welcome to apply.
