Client Solutions Specialist

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Client Solutions Specialist to play a pivotal role in both pre-sales and post-sales engagement at Integral. This individual will act as a trusted advisor to prospective and existing clients, helping them understand, implement, and maximize the value of Integral's technology solutions. The role requires a deep understanding of FX, Metals, CFD, and Crypto markets, as well as electronic trading platforms and technology-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Sales Engagement:

● Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and propose tailored FX, Metals, CFD and Crypto technology solutions using Integral’s cloud-based platforms.

● Conduct product demonstrations, proof-of-concept (PoC) engagements, and technical deep dives to showcase Integral’s platform capabilities.

● Develop compelling presentations and solution proposals to articulate the value proposition of Integral’s solutions.

● Work closely with internal product and technology teams to ensure alignment between client needs and product capabilities.

● Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on financial technology trends, market structure, and execution workflows.

Post-Sales Delivery & Client Success:

● Oversee the implementation process, ensuring smooth onboarding and integration of Integral’s technology solutions with client systems.

● Effectively communicate the customers objectives to the delivery teams by providing clear solutions documentation.

● Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams (product, development, and support) to address technical and operational challenges.

● Continuously monitor client usage, collect feedback, and contribute to product enhancement initiatives.

● Foster long-term relationships with clients by delivering proactive solutions and work with the Account Management team to identify upsell or expansion opportunities within Integral’s ecosystem.

Qualifications & Experience:

● 5+ years of experience in FX and Crypto trading technology, electronic trading, or financial technology solutions.

● Strong understanding of FX and Crypto markets, including spot, forwards, swaps, and options.

● Prior experience in pre-sales, client-facing technical consulting, or solution architecture.

● Knowledge of FIX and REST protocol, APIs, and electronic trading workflows is a plus.

● Our preference is for a candidate who speaks multiple languages, since it is a global role based out of Singapore. Ideally the candidate would be fluent in English and have working knowledge of French, Italian, Spanish or German.

● Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

● Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements and drive solution delivery.

● Experience working in an agile, fast-paced environment with a customer-centric approach.
