6 Months Temporary Clinical Specialist Assistant (Medical Devices) #HZTK

Location: City Hall
Working Hours: Mon - Fri Office Hours

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Clinical Specialists and Territory Managers with medical device training and in-service sessions for hospital staff.
• Support the team during medical procedures where devices are being used.
• Help ensure the required devices and equipment are available for clinical cases.
• Conduct monthly consignment stock checks at hospital sites.
• Assist with inventory reconciliation and ensure stock records are accurate.
• Perform administrative and reporting tasks, including preparing reports and maintaining documentation.
• Assist with coordination and follow-up when there are device-related issues, escalating them to the appropriate Clinical Specialist, Territory Manager or technical team.
• Support other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

• Min. Diploma in Biomedical Engineering / Healthcare or any related field
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Able to work collaboratively with Clinical Specialists, Territory Managers and hospital staff.
