Engineer (M&E)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, design and administer contract/project of mechanical andelectrical engineering works for building services.
• Perform tender evaluations and prepare tender evaluation reports
• Attend technical and progress meetings with client, architects,consultants and contractors
• Manage the projects and identify any non-conformity of contractor’s workat site
• Other adhoc duties as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 1 years of relevant industry experience.
• Relevant working experience in an M&E Consulting firm is and added advantage.
• Knowledge in design and building project and relevant code of practice.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD/BIM software is an added advantage.
• Able to work as a team, assertive, independent and proactive.
• Has involved in Residential, Commercial, Industrial and Institutional projects.
• Candidates without relevant working experience but with good interpersonal skills will be considered.
