Service Crew

Key Duties & Responsibilities

* Provide friendly, attentive and professional service to all guests.

* Welcome and greet guests, assist with seating, and present menus.

* Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter orders into the POS system.

* Serve food and beverages promptly according to restaurant service standards.

* Have a good understanding of the menu, ingredients and ongoing promotions to provide recommendations to guests.

* Assist with table setup, clearing, resetting and general restaurant preparation before and during service.

* Ensure the dining area, service stations and other guest areas are kept clean, organised and presentable.

* Respond to guest requests and feedback professionally and escalate issues to the supervisor or manager when necessary.

* Process bills and payments accurately when assigned.

* Coordinate closely with kitchen, bar and other service team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

* Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning, replenishment and stock preparation.

* Follow food hygiene, workplace safety and company operating procedures at all times.

* Support restaurant events, promotions and busy service periods when required.

* Perform other operational duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager or Supervisor.

Requirements

* Positive attitude with a strong service mindset.

* Friendly, responsible and able to work well as part of a team.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Able to work in a fast-paced bar and restaurant environment.

* Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

* Previous F&B or restaurant service experience is an advantage, but training can be provided for suitable candidates.
