Assistant Contracts Manager (Iconic Building Project)

Our client is an established A1 main contractor with an extensive portfolio of building and civil projects across Singapore. They are currently looking for an experienced Deputy Contracts Manager / Contracts Manager to support the delivery of a major building development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all contractual and commercial matters for the assigned building project.
• Lead the preparation, review, and administration of contracts, subcontracts, and procurement packages.
• Manage tendering, evaluation, negotiation, and award of subcontractor packages.
• Monitor project costs, variations, claims, payments, and contractual obligations.
• Work closely with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams to resolve commercial and contractual matters.
• Provide commercial advice and support to the Project Manager and senior management.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, company policies, and relevant industry standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• Strong project contracts experience within the construction industry.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
