About this job
• Deliver food and beverages to customers promptly and safely, following assigned routes and delivery instructions.
• Ensure orders are accurate, complete, and properly packaged before leaving the restaurant.
• Provide courteous and professional customer service during all deliveries.
• Handle cash, card payments, and digital transactions responsibly and accurately when required.
• Maintain proper care and cleanliness of delivery equipment, including bags, vehicles, or bikes.
• Follow traffic laws and safety regulations at all times while on duty.
• Communicate effectively with restaurant staff regarding order status, delays, or issues.
• Assist in checking orders for quality and correctness before dispatch.
• Report any delivery issues, customer complaints, or incidents to management promptly.
• Support the restaurant team by ensuring timely deliveries to maintain customer satisfaction and service standards.
