About this job
Key Responsibilities
- Plan next-day and weekly delivery schedules
- Monitor live fleet movements via GPS and manage delivery progress
- Identify and resolve delays, route issues and operational disruptions
- Control operational costs, storage/demurrage charges and billable items
- Monitor vehicle servicing, maintenance and incidents
- Brief and supervise drivers and delivery assistants
- Handle customer queries, complaints and service issues
- Ensure accurate job records for billing and audit purposes
Requirements
- Prior supervisory/team lead experience
- Class 3 or 4 Singapore driving licence
- Strong planning, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Good communication and leadership abilities
- GPS fleet tracking experience is an advantage
