Administrative Executive (ATTC)

Job Description:

• Administrator for BCA Approved Training and Testing Centre (ATTC)
• Handle registration on BCA portal for CoreTrade courses for construction workers
• Liaise with BCA, agents and employers on registration matters
• Handling of customer enquiries via email and over the phone
• Monthly test registration on BCA portal for Overseas Test Centre (OTC)
• Liaise with OTC partners to ensure registration documents are in order
• Provide admin instruction and support to employers and workers on the onboarding process to bring in migrant workers from source country
• Submission of details to MOM timely to facilitate entry approval for foreign work permit holders
• Liaise with OTC partners on hotel and COVID test resources
• Issuing receipts and keeping records
• Assist in general administration duties and Ad-hoc duties

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘A’ level
• Good planning, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Good proficiency with Microsoft Office Tools (Words, Excel)
• Friendly can-do attitude.
• A team player who works well with others.
• 5 days work week.
