Mechanical Engineer (Building Systems/East/Up to 6k!)

The Opportunity

• Mon - Thurs: 8.30am - 6.00pm, Fri: 8.30am - 5.30pm
• Location: East/Changi MRT
• 2 years contract (Completion bonus provided)
• Salary up to $6k!

Job Scope

• Oversee maintenance and performance of mechanical systems to ensure reliability and efficiency
• Support digital systems and use data and automation for smarter maintenance and monitoring
• Lead system upgrades and engineering projects with internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards including audits
• Manage procurement, budgeting, reporting, and technical support for projects and tenancy works

Requirements

• Min Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Relevant experience in mechanical systems, projects, or equipment replacement is a plus!
• Familiarity with data analytics, AI, or IoT technologies is an advantage
• Good understanding of M&E maintenance concepts with strong problem-solving and communication skills
