HR EXECUTIVE (Construction)

Overview:

• Industry: Construction
• Location: Central
• Hours: Mon–Fri (8:30 AM–5:15 PM or 8:00 AM–4:45 PM project-based)
• Benefits: 80$ Allowance + OT Pay ($10/hr) + Performance Bonus. No AWS/13th month.

Responsibilities:

• WPOL construction recruitment (onboarding, offboarding, monthly renewals)
• Dormitory management

Requirements:

• Construction industry experience
• Diploma in HR OR 1+ years contractor HR experience
• Proficient in MS Office
