About the Role

Village Consultancy is an AI Media production house helping businesses create impactful, high-quality video content using AI-powered production solutions.We are looking for a hungry, driven and results-oriented Sales Representative / Business Development Executive to grow our client base. This is a hunter role — your primary focus will be to identify, approach and secure new accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential clients across targeted industries.
• Research companies, decision-makers and potential business opportunities.
• Generate new leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, networking and other sales channels.
• Reach out to potential clients and introduce our AI video production solutions.
• Understand clients' marketing, branding and content needs and identify suitable solutions.
• Arrange and conduct client meetings, presentations and sales pitches.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and new clients.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and presentations with support from the internal team where required.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closing.
• Negotiate and close new business opportunities.
• Maintain an organised sales pipeline and update CRM or internal sales records.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and new account acquisition KPIs.
• Provide regular sales updates, pipeline reports and market feedback to management.
• Identify potential upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Keep up to date with AI, video production, digital marketing and content trends.
• Represent the company at networking sessions, industry events and client meetings where required.
• Work closely with the production and creative teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to project execution.

• Confident in speaking with business owners, marketing managers and decision-makers.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently.
• Resilient and comfortable handling rejection.
• Highly results-driven with a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets.
• Organised and able to manage multiple leads and follow-ups.
• Experience in B2B sales, digital marketing, media, creative services, technology or AI solutions will be an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with a strong sales mindset and willingness to learn may also be considered.
