Service Engineer (Onsite) $2.6K - $5.2K + Allowance $1.2K + VB up to 3 months (Semicon Industry)

Key Duties

· Support Senior Engineers

· Install, service, upgrade equipment at customer sites

· Diagnose faults and carry out troubleshooting, repairs and adjustments

· Write technical service reports

· 24x7 standby roster

· Ad-hoc shifts duties when needed

Requirements

· Diploma in Electronics or Electrical Engineering

· ITE with relevant experience; fresh graduates welcome — training provided

· Any experience in machine setup, installation, servicing, troubleshooting or repair is an advantage

· Cleanroom experience preferred but not essential

· Strong troubleshooting, documentation and customer-service skills

· Proficient in Microsoft Office

· Willing to work irregular hours

· Standby duty and travel occasionally

· Team player with good communication skills
