Business Development Manager (Regional) — Power Generator Field $8.5K – $9.5K + Performance Bonus (up to 3 months) | West Area, Singapore

About the Role

· Take end-to-end ownership of the sales cycle, from generating leads through to closing deals with distributors, EPC contractors, and end users

· Partner closely with the CEO on pricing, deal structuring, and market growth plans

· Singapore-based with regular travel across the region

Key Duties

· Source, qualify, and prioritise distributors, EPC contractors, and end customers

· Move prospects toward commercial commitment, whether that's a trial order or a full purchase order

· Manage the complete business development cycle: initial outreach, qualification, commercial negotiation, and deal progression

· Keep a well-organised pipeline with clear next steps and consistent follow-up

· Act as the face of the company at client meetings, trade shows, and partner discussions

Requirements

· Diploma or higher in Engineering, Energy, or a related field

· Demonstrated success closing B2B deals

· Sharp commercial judgement with a decisive, results-driven approach

· Ability to thrive in a lean team where structure is still taking shape

· Self-motivated, independent, culturally adaptable, and open to regional travel

· Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

· Exposure to Middle East markets is a plus
