Senior Electrical Engineer $4K – $6K / Performance Bonus & Variable Bonus (up to 3 months) Company transport provided — Pioneer / Joo Koon MRT (Power Generator Field)

Key Duties

· Test, troubleshoot, and validate Generators, BESS, and Power Distribution Systems

· Commission, service, and maintain equipment at project sites

· Uphold all safety and regulatory compliance requirements

· Recommend product improvements drawn from field experience, and support trials of new products

· Coach and train junior engineers and technicians in technical best practices

· Contribute to customer technical discussions and provide expertise on site

· Work with suppliers and vendors on component selection and technical issues

· Lead small project teams through to delivery

Requirements

· Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Power Engineering

· 3–5 years of experience in a related industry

· Solid technical grounding in Generators, Energy Storage Systems, and Power Distribution Equipment

· Background in Field Servicing, Commissioning, or Project Delivery (preferred)

· Proven ability to lead small teams and develop junior staff

· Strong problem-solving instincts and a genuinely hands-on approach
