Business Development Executive $3.7K - $4.5K / Performance Bonus (up to 3 months) + Company Transport (Location: Pioneer MRT / West Area)

Key Duties

• Research target markets, benchmark competitors, and map out where the opportunities sit
• Identify and assess potential distributors, rental companies, EPCs, and industrial clients
• Build pipeline through cold outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, calls, exhibitions, conferences, and trade missions
• Qualify prospects and nurture distributor relationships for the long term
• Support contract discussions and negotiations under the CEO's direction
• Work with technical and marketing colleagues to put together proposals and presentations
• Help bring new distributors and channel partners on board
• Deliver weekly and monthly updates on pipeline, outreach results, and market movements
• Monitor distributor performance and regional sales activity
• Contribute to the shaping of regional business strategy
• Attend international trade shows, exhibitions, and partner meetings on the company's behalf

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Energy, or a related field
• 2–5 years in International Business Development, Industrial Equipment, Energy Solutions, or Construction-Related Sectors (Power Generator Field)
• Exposure to BESS, power systems, or construction equipment is a plus
• Confident communicator with solid networking, negotiation, and presentation ability
• Self-directed, proactive, and driven by results
