[URGENT] Cargo Officer

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily cargo operations and documentation
• Oversees all cargo loading, bunker delivery, blending operation and delivery and ensure smooth operations
• Ensure compliance with SS648: 2019 and company standards
• Ensure that custody control procedures in respect of cargo storage onboard bunker tanker and cargo movements are timely and accurately implemented
• Monitor and maintain inventory/ stock movement logbook and daily ROB report
• Monitor and ensure product quality and quantity
• Promptly attend and report on customer complaint/ dispute and assist in onsite investigation
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in Maritime Studies or Business Administration or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience as bunker cargo officer
• Possess Certificate in Basic & Advanced Course on Bunkering Practices (SS600 & TR 48) and Code of Practice for Bunker Mass Flow Metering (SS648) will be an added advantage
