Senior Trade Finance Manager

·About the Role

Avrix Technology is expanding our regional financing capabilities and building a long?term leasing?financing business across Asia. We are seeking a commercially driven Senior Trade Finance Manager with strong hands?on experience in leasing financing and bank financing.

This is a business?facing role. The successful candidate will work directly with banks, financial institutions, and clients to structure financing solutions, negotiate terms, and drive transactions from initial discussion through approval and closing.

Key Responsibilities

Lead financing discussions and relationship management with banks and financial institutions.

· Work directly with clients to understand business needs and financing requirements.

· Structure and execute leasing financing and equipment financing solutions.

· Negotiate key financing terms including credit limits, interest rates, collateral, repayment schedules, and financing costs.

· Drive transactions end?to?end: structuring, bank approval, documentation, and closing.

· Evaluate lease pricing, cash flow, financing costs, and credit risk.

· Build and maintain long?term relationships with banks and clients to support ongoing business growth.

· Support internal stakeholders with financing insights, commercial analysis, and deal structuring.

Requirements

· 5–10+ years of relevant experience in Trade Finance, Leasing Financing, Equipment Financing, or Corporate Banking.

· Hands?on leasing financing experience is mandatory.

· Proven ability to independently drive financing discussions with banks and clients.

· Strong commercial mindset with solid negotiation and analytical skills.

· Experience managing financing documentation and closing processes.

· Ability to work in a fast?paced, business?driven environment with multiple stakeholders
