Business Development Director

About the Role

Avrix Technology is expanding our regional Business Develoment, We are seeking a Business Development Director to assist our Chairman.

Role Summary: Support business growth in AI server/GPU infrastructure, assist the Chairman to develop customer leads, and assist in expanding the company's presence in the AI compute market.

Key Responsibilities

• Support execution of sales plans for AI servers (GPU servers, training/inference clusters)
• Generate and qualify leads; manage relationships with SMB and select enterprise accounts
• Prepare sales materials, quotations, and solution comparisons to support technical and commercial discussions
• Track AI compute market trends, pricing, and competitor activity
• Coordinate with product and supply chain teams to ensure customer requirements are met

Requirements

• 3–5 years of B2B sales or business development experience; server, data center, or semiconductor industry preferred
• Basic technical understanding, with willingness to learn GPU architecture, server cooling, and rack deployment
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, or related field
• Willingness to travel (40–50%)

KPIs: New leads generated, conversion rate, customer satisfaction, contract value supported.
