Key Responsibilities

- General administrative support & office management

- Prepare and process payroll accurately and on time

- Maintain proper filing & record-keeping (digital & physical)

- Typing, drafting documents, letters, reports and notices

- Plan, update and manage staff rosters & schedules

- Answer calls, emails and greet visitors

- Assist with ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

- Basic computer literacy — able to use MS Word, Excel, email and standard office software comfortably

- Able to follow instructions clearly

- Willing to learn and take guidance

- No working experience required — fresh starters welcome

- Reasonable written & spoken English
