📢 OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE -Security Agency | Singapore

We are a security agency seeking a capable Operations Executive to join our team. You will play a key role in managing daily operations, deploying manpower, training security officers, and ensuring smooth take-over of new assignments. This is a hands-on role where you will also cover site duties when needed, ensuring our service standards are consistently met.

✅ Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily security operations and manpower deployment scheduling

- Train and brief security officers on SOPs, post duties, safety, and regulatory requirements

- Coordinate smooth take-over of new client assignments and site handovers

- Cover security sites and shifts when required to ensure service continuity

- Maintain operational records, attendance, incident reports, and communication logs

- Liaise with clients, guards, and management to resolve operational matters promptly

- Ensure all operations comply with licensing rules, MOM regulations, and agency standards

✅ Requirements

- Able to speak and write reasonable English clearly — for reports, instructions, and communication

- Organised, responsible, able to work independently and handle multiple tasks

- Willing to travel, visit sites, and cover shifts as needed

- Prior security or operations experience preferred; relevant security certification an advantage

- Committed, reliable, strong integrity, good interpersonal skills
