Sales Executive ( Pharmaceutical| East)

Basic + AWS+ Commission + Up to $1,500 Fixed Allowance

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and grow the targeted specialists’ accounts in the private sector.
• Build and established a healthy business relationship with targeted specialists and medical officers in the government institutes (government Hospitals and polyclinics) to increase the prescription of the tender products.
• To list in CHC products into the retail pharmacies in the government institutes which includes the polyclinics’ pharmacies.
• Collaborate with marketing personnels to identify and develop selected specialists in both private and government channel to become our key opinion leaders.
• Conduct market and competitors’ insights to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
• Regular visits and follow up with customers in assigned territory to maintain a high level of customers’ satisfaction by providing timely service support.
• Pre-call planning and implementation to ensure KPIs are met.
• Timely submission of all necessary reports and documentations as per require.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements :

• Possess a good attitude and interpersonal skills.
• Strong business acumen, negotiation and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and uphold private and confidential information.
• Ability to identify challenges and present solutions to the Sales Manager
• Proficient in MS Office: Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
