Job Requirements

• Previous F&B, bakery, pastry or specialty coffee experience is an advantage.
• A team player who is willing to support across all areas of the café.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Responsible, motivated and positive, with a genuine interest in hospitality.
• Well-presented, attentive and committed to providing excellent customer service.

Job Responsibilities

• Support the daily operation of the café, including opening and closing duties.
• Provide warm, attentive and efficient customer service.
• Assist customers with product recommendations and enquiries.
• Take and manage dine-in, takeaway, corporate and delivery orders.
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen to ensure orders are prepared and served smoothly.
• Prepare hot and cold beverages; barista experience is an advantage.
• Handle cashiering and sales transactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organised and well-presented café at all times.
• Assist the team wherever required to ensure smooth daily operations.
