Job Requirements

• Previous F&B experience; experience in a bakery, patisserie or specialty coffee establishment is an advantage.
• A team player who is willing to support across all areas of the café.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Responsible, motivated and positive, with a genuine interest in hospitality.
• Well-presented, attentive and committed to maintaining high standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Support the daily operation of the café, including opening and closing duties.
• Provide warm, attentive and efficient customer service.
• Assist customers with product recommendations and enquiries.
• Take and manage dine-in, takeaway, corporate and delivery orders.
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Prepare hot and cold beverages.
• Handle cashiering and sales transactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organised and well-presented café.
• Monitor front-of-house and operational supplies and coordinate with suppliers when required.
• Support the wider team across daily café operations.
