• Position: Sales & Marketing Associate

• Location: Tampines

• Working hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm)

• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,000 Monthly Basic Salary + Performance Bonus + Medical Benefits

• Duration: Permanent

• Industry: Vending machine supply

Main Responsibilities:

• Plan, create and execute marketing campaigns to promote the company’s brand, products and services.

• Research target audiences, create marketing content, manage social media channels and analyse campaign performance to support business growth and customer acquisition.

• Generate leads for the company’s products and services and conduct sales presentations to prospective customers.

• Plan and schedule social media content across relevant platforms.

• Create basic marketing materials, visuals and short-form videos.

• Support email marketing campaigns and customer communications.

• Monitor campaign performance, engagement, leads and conversion metrics.

• Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.

• Work with internal teams to support promotions, product launches and sales initiatives.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media or a related discipline.

• One to three years of relevant experience in marketing, digital marketing, content creation or a related role.

• Good understanding of digital marketing channels including social media, email marketing, websites and content marketing.

• Able to create or coordinate basic digital content including social posts, visuals and short-form videos.

• Familiar with Canva, CapCut or similar content-creation tools and email-marketing platforms.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

• Comfortable supporting lead generation and sales presentations.
