Job Summary

Join a family-focused environment as a Live-in Infant Caregiver, providing dedicated care and developmental support for infants and young children.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily care for newborns and young children, including feeding, burping, diaper changing, bathing, soothing, and sleep routine management.
• Plan and conduct age-appropriate educational, developmental, and play activities to support children's physical, cognitive, and emotional growth.
• Monitor and maintain the safety, health, and well-being of children at all times.
• Prepare nutritious meals and complementary foods for children according to their developmental needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of children's belongings, feeding equipment, toys, and play areas.
• Keep parents updated on children's daily activities, feeding, sleeping patterns, developmental progress, and overall well-being.
• Accompany children to school, enrichment classes, outdoor activities, medical appointments, and other scheduled outings.
• Travel with the family when required and provide childcare support during domestic and international trips.
• Perform duties related exclusively to childcare and child development.

Requirements

• Proven experience in newborn and infant care; experience in infant care, confinement care, childcare, or early childhood education is an added advantage.
• Sound knowledge of child development and age-appropriate caregiving practices for children aged 0–3 years.
• Ability to independently care for newborns and young children with strong safety awareness and emergency response capabilities.
• Patient, caring, responsible, detail-oriented, and emotionally mature with a genuine interest in working with children.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to maintain effective communication with parents.
• Able to adapt to a live-in working arrangement and accompany children on outings, business trips, and domestic or international travel when required.
