Program Overview

Our Graduate Trainee Program offers emerging talent anaccelerated career path in the telecommunications and digital infrastructuresector. Through hands-on rotations, dedicated mentorship, and high-impactprojects, you will build deep technical expertise and cross-functionalleadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Rotational Assignments: Undergo structured rotations across core technical (network engineering, software/IT, infrastructure) and commercial business units.
• Project Delivery: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver key strategic initiatives and innovative telecommunications solutions.
• Mentorship & Learning: Partner with designated senior mentors to achieve professional milestones and technical certifications.
• Capstones & Presentations: Participate in specialized functional and leadership training modules, culminating in project presentations to senior management.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electronic Information Engineering, Automation, Energy/Power Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related STEM disciplines (Graduating class of 2026–2027).
• Demonstrated analytical mindset, problem-solving agility, and proactive drive.
• Strong interest in telecommunications, cloud infrastructure, and emerging technologies.
• Language Proficiency: Excellent written and spoken English. Professional working proficiency in Chinese is required to liaise effectively with Chinese-speaking regional stakeholders, clients, and cross-border engineering teams.

Flexible Work Arrangement: Employees are eligible for hybrid work arrangement after probation, including one work-from-home day per week.
