Build a Regional Demand Planning Function from the Ground Up

An established multinational FMCG company is seeking a Supply Chain Executive to join its regional supply chain team in Singapore.

This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a newly created role where you'll play a key part in establishing demand planning processes and supporting business growth across multiple international markets.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop and implement demand planning processes, forecasting methodologies, and planning frameworks.

  • Generate and maintain demand forecasts using historical sales data, market trends, and commercial inputs.

  • Monitor forecast accuracy (e.g. MAPE, Bias) and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to align demand plans with business objectives.

  • Translate commercial plans into demand signals for supply planning and execution.

  • Analyse inventory risks, shortages, and excess stock while driving mitigation plans.

  • Maintain SKU master data and planning parameters to ensure data accuracy.

  • Support regional planning activities across multiple ASEAN markets.

  • Contribute to ongoing improvements in planning processes, reporting, and data quality.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain Planning, or a related function.

  • Experience within FMCG, Food & Beverage, Consumer Goods, Beauty, or Retail industries is highly preferred.

  • Hands-on experience in demand forecasting and inventory planning.

  • Familiar with forecast accuracy measurements such as MAPE, WMAPE, or Bias.

  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP preferred; Oracle or equivalent will also be considered).

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills; Power BI or Tableau is an advantage.

  • Comfortable working with cross-functional stakeholders across regional markets.

  • Able to read and write Mandarin to liaise with regional headquarters.
