Process Manager (Special Process Manufacturing)

We are partnering with a leading global engineering and manufacturing organisation to look for an experienced Process Manager to lead special process and manufacturing engineering activities within its operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead special processes including machining, NDT, plating, coating and related manufacturing activities.
• Drive Lean / Kaizen / continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide technical leadership for process development, troubleshooting and capability enhancement.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, regulatory and customer requirements.
• Lead and develop engineering / production teams.
• Support equipment, facilities and process improvement projects.

Requirements

• Graduated with Bachelor Degree in related Engineering field.
• 10+ years' experience in special process manufacturing, with strong people management and leadership experience.
• Experience in MRO or advanced manufacturing preferred.
• Exposure to NDT, machining, electroplating, materials or process engineering.
• Comfortable working fully onsite in Singapore.
