Network Engineer – Data Centre | Singapore
Our client, a global data centre solutions provider, is looking for Network Engineers to join their growing NOC team.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to network alerts in a 24/7 data centre environment
- Troubleshoot network issues and identify critical incidents
- Support network break-fix activities and basic maintenance
- Coordinate with on-site technicians for physical network activities
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate engineering team
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Data Centre / IDC network operations
- Understanding of TCP/IP, OSPF and BGP
- Network troubleshooting experience
- Linux knowledge is a plus
- CCNA / JNCIA is advantageous
- Good communication skills and English proficiency
- Comfortable working on a 24/7 rotating shift
