📍 Location: Toa Payoh
💰 Salary: $4,500 – $4,800/month
📅 Contract: 1 year | Oct 2026 – Sep 2027
🕐 Working Hours:

Mon–Thu: 8.5 hours/day (excluding 1-hour meal break)
Fri: 8 hours (excluding 1-hour meal break)

Join a dynamic team supporting youth-led initiatives, partnerships and community programmes. You will work with youths and youth organisations to administer grants, coordinate programmes and create opportunities for youth development.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Manage grants supporting youth-led initiatives
• Build partnerships with youths, youth organisations and stakeholders
• Support youth groups with project planning and funding
• Coordinate youth programmes, activities and engagement platforms
• Manage data, reporting and grant administration
• Improve grant and programme processes
• Support youth development initiatives and events

✅ Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good project management and organisational skills
• Comfortable handling numbers and administrative processes
• Proactive, adaptable and able to work independently and in a team
• Experience in youth development, community engagement or programme management is an advantage
• Willing to work weekends when required
